Reading about B deficiency was very accurate and significant
Janet, I just wanted to give you some more feedback. You intuited that I was low in B vitamins even though I take a lot of B vitamins. I found out yesterday that I have the MTHFR (1298) genetic mutation which means that I'm likely not able to benefit from the B vitamins I take. I have added more seeds to my diet. I wound up making muffins with seeds and now looking back at your reading, they sound like the seeded bread you described. I just wanted to tell you that your reading about my B deficiency was very accurate and significant. I didn't know how significant an issue it was until yesterday!! My doctor thinks this genetic mutation could be affecting many systems of my body and could explain many symptoms. Thanks again!

Reading about B deficiency was very accurate and significant
Janet, I just wanted to give you some more feedback. You intuited that I was low in B vitamins even though I take a lot of B vitamins. I found out yesterday that I have the MTHFR (1298) genetic mutation which means that I'm likely not able to benefit from the B vitamins I take. I have added more seeds to my diet. I wound up making muffins with seeds and now looking back at your reading, they sound like the seeded bread you described. I just wanted to tell you that your reading about my B deficiency was very accurate and significant. I didn't know how significant an issue it was until yesterday!! My doctor thinks this genetic mutation could be affecting many systems of my body and could explain many symptoms. Thanks again!

Meet Janet
