Hi Jewels,
I was going to ask about victim consciousness, as in the past days I felt I hit a wall.
What came up when I was tuning in, following the class was the pattern of being a victim of my environment, the world etc… I used some of the tools and it was amazing!
My body is still adjusting today though the energy frequency I'm feeling is one of serenity even if I don't really have words for it.
I also felt a clear sense of what "holding the frequency whilst in the becoming" feels like so that's my practice for this now moment. -Elodie
