The Auracle Healing Cards
“Mending Hearts by Expressing Truth”
By Leslie Sloane
The Origin of Our First Broken Heart
At some point in our lives we’ve all been told to suppress our feelings, giving us the impression that we are not worthy of anyone listening to us while we express from our Hearts. In other words, we’re not important enough. This was extremely damaging for us as children, especially when at that stage in our lives we took every word they said as a Truth, even if it made us feel bad and broke our Hearts.
Healing Card of the Month
For this month’s edition, the Turquoise 2 entitled, “Healing a Broken Heart” emerged. Here you see a young boy sitting alone in a cave. He’s isolated and feels alone. His being naked is a metaphor for his feelings of vulnerability, and the ocean represents his emotions and unconscious thoughts that rule his actions. The boy has experienced so much judgment in his life, that he now suppresses his feelings. This has caused grief, anger and feelings of unworthiness that prevent him from connecting to others. However, there are four dolphins outside asking him to come out and play and Awaken to his Joyful, child-like nature. Dolphins freely express their Love through various types of sounds and mirror to us that we carry the same possibilities inside of us. Dolphins often teach us about Connecting to others, and how to “Go with the Flow” which creates emotional balance and peacefulness.
Speak Your Truth, and Honour Your Self
Taking the first step in honouring our Truth is by first admitting the Truth to ourselves. What Inner Guidance have we not been listening to? It may not be a very pleasant experience, but we owe it to ourselves to be honest and express from our Hearts what issues are present that we are ignoring that need to be acknowledged. One of the greatest challenges in this area is feeling the lack of Self-Worth, because we’re still reacting to an idea which was enforced upon us as children that children are to be seen and not heard. The reason people still go through this is because they continue to perpetuate the same pattern, which manifests the same outcome of us not feeling worthy or acknowledged. Other people will sense this and unconsciously respond to this pattern re-enforcing again the feeling of the lack of self-worth. This is why it’s so important that we are present with our thoughts and willing to change them to reflect a different outcome and feeling inside of us such as Confidence and Self-Esteem.
Releasing Emotional Blockages through Interaction with Turquoise 2 When having open-eyed/gazing meditations with the Turquoise 2 Mandala, it will begin removing blockages by releasing suppressed tears, bringing them to the surface. This includes feelings of guilt, as guilt is self-anger, directly related to the choices we make. The Turquoise 2 will Awaken your Inner Wisdom and Courage, Self-Esteem, Self-Worth and Self-Love which will inspire you to express your Truth to others without fear of judgment or criticism. When your hidden feelings rise and you stand up for yourself, this will also help to heal your immune system since the physical area affected by Turquoise is the lung area. When the toxic waters begin to flow out, your health will also improve. A wonderful question to ask yourself during a meditation with the Turquoise 2 is, “What Brings You Joy In Life?” |
