1 Year Anniversary Issue
Relaunch of our first cover issue with
Louise Hay of Hay House Publishing
Louise was the obvious choice for the Cover
of the Launch issue of Soul Life Times for many reasons. The most significant reason being her immense influence in Personal Development and Spiritual Awareness and the Mind - Body connection, as she has been dubbed one of the founders of The Self Help movement. Louise had an enormous influence and impact on many of us that have gone through the process of Spiritual Growth through our spiritual journeys with the creation of Hay House Publishing.
Louise was 58 when she ventured into creating Hay House Publishing. With the Launch of Soul Life Times Magazine and Soul Life Media Group, I too, as Publisher of Soul Life Times Magazine, turned 58 as I began this endeavor. I look to Louise as a my Mentor and model for bringing this collaborative community of work to the world stage.

3 Soul Contracts That Make it Hard to Be a Good Friend
by Danielle MacKinnon
Most people strive to be the best friend they can be to their family, loved one, friends and partners. For many of us, that means a fun night out with the girlfriends, talking with one another on Facebook, a good movie a glass of
wine and a good friend who has the same crazy sense of humor... But for some people, those laboring under certain challenging Soul Contracts, friendship extends way beyond that. The Gift of Gratitude - Appreciating What Is Versus Focusing on
By Maryanne Pope
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more."
- Melody Beattie
Gratitude is a state of mind - not a result of external circumstances.
I was back in my hometown recently and had wonderful visits with dozens of people... friends, family, colleagues and oodles of kids. As fun as it was to catch up with everyone, it was also tiring - especially for someone now used to significant amounts of solitude.

Life if full of transitions and as this one goes; summer into autumn may not be a highly dramatic Neiman Marcus moment. It may be a more practical down to earth restocking of our shelves and inner selves. What is important here is the attitude you bring to the restocking. If you do it mindfully this seasonal transition provides an opportunity to live life in a more meaningful way with eyes wide open. If we are not mindful summer can merge into autumn finding us picking up the pace of school, games, hunting, parties etc in an automatic headless, unfulfilling way. Read more
It’s Supposed To Be Easy
by Christine Kloser
Have you ever watched a fish swimming around a fish tank? Does it know it’s in that fish tank? Does it know it’s in water? No, it just is. It’s interesting, because what we’re here to do is the thing that we do so naturally, that it’s difficult to see, because it’s who we ARE.
And for those of us who are here to share a message and do what we’re here to do, sometimes we try to figure it out from our heads and identify it. Instead, I ask people to reflect on their own life, their own self. What are their experiences in life where they have felt like they are just “in their bliss”? It’s this peak moment, this moment of joy, where you are living in ease and grace and you can feel the sense of “Man, I was born for this.” Read more
